300 ml ruby grapefruit juice, chilled
200 ml whole natural yoghurt, chilled
2 Tbsp clear honey
2 Tbsp porridge oats
1  banana, cut into chunks


Instructions

STEP 1/1

Add the grapefruit juice, yoghurt, honey, oats and banana into the Blender goblet.

Attach the Blender to the machine.

Blend for 30 seconds
