Drain the mozzarella and burrata and tear into pieces.
Finely grate the Parmesan.
Fit the Spiral Dough Tool to the Food Processor bowl.
Lightly oil the large bowl.
Add water, yeast, sugar and oil into jug.
Leave to sit for 15 minutes, until foamy.
Add flour and salt into the Food Processor bowl.
Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place.
Turn the speed to 3.
Slowly pour the yeast mixture down the feed tube.
Mix on speed 3 for 7 minutes until a smooth ball is formed.
Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl and cover.
Prove for 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 275°C and place a large baking tray inside.
Place 4 sheets of parchment paper on a work surface and lightly flour.
Gently knock back the dough using your hands.
Divide the dough in 4.
Roll out each piece of dough into a circle.
Add mozzarella onto the dough.
Sprinkle with anchovies, oil, salt and pepper.
Remove the baking tray from the oven and carefully slide one of the pizzas still on the paper on to the tray.
Bake for 7 minutes at 275°C or until the cheese is melted and the base is browned.
Repeat with the other pizzas.
Sprinkle Parmesan and burrata onto the pizzas.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and sliced chillies.
