Ingredients

50 g rolled oats
25 g rye flakes
10 g desiccated coconut
2  linseeds
20 g dried cranberries
15 g dried goji berries
250 g apple juice
1  apple
1  pear
1  carrot
100 g mixed nuts and seeds
75 g Greek yoghurt


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Peel and core the apple and pears.

Peel and trim the carrot.

STEP 2/5

Assemble the food processor bowl with the coarse grating disc.

STEP 3/5

Add oats, rye, coconut, linseeds, dried fruit, apple juice into the medium bowl.

Cover with plastic wrap.

Leave to soak overnight.

STEP 4/5

Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place.

Grate apple, pear, carrot into the food processor bowl.

Add to the oat mixture.

STEP 5/5

Fit the Mini bowl with knife blade to the machine.

Add nuts and seeds into the mini bowl.

Pulse until coarsely chopped.

Add the nuts to the oats.

Add yoghurt to the bowl.

Mix until combined.

Serve topped with spiced plum (optional).
