Ingredients
- 400g Canned Chickpeas
- ½ teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- 115g Icing Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method
- Pre-heat oven - 110°C
- Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
- Strain canned chickpeas into a clean jug and reserve liquid
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Transfer content of jug to kCook bowl
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 9
- Then add cream of tartar, icing sugar and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
- Pipe content of piping bag onto baking sheet
- Bake - 2 hr, 110°C
- Let cool
- Serve
