Fit the Spiral dough tool to the machine.
Flour a baking tray.
Add water, salt, dried yeast, sunflower seeds, bread flour and wholemeal flour into the Mixer bowl.
Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard.
Mix on speed 1 for 3 minutes.
Scrape down the bowl.
Mix on speed 2 for 6 minutes.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Leave to prove for 1 hour.
Pre heat the oven to 220ºC.
Add sunflower seeds and poppy seeds into the small bowl.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface.
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.
