Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes:

2 Tbsp mixed nuts
2 Tbsp cacao nibs
2 Tbsp goji berries
30 g cashew nuts
45 g oats
40 g cacao powder
6  dates, soaked in hot water
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp linseeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Add nuts, nibs and goji into the Blend-X Fresh goblet.

Pulse to fine crumbs.

Transfer to a medium bowl.

STEP 2/2

Add cashews, oats, cacao powder, dates, seeds, flour, coconut flour, desiccated coconut, agave and vanilla into the goblet.

Select the ‘fine chop’ programme and blend until a dough consistency is formed.

Transfer the contents into a large bowl.

Roll the mixture into balls about 3 cm in diameter.

Roll each ball in the berry/nut crumbs.

Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
