Berry Chia Seed Porridge

Ingredients

Servings: 2

250 g almond milk
2 tsp baobab powder
2 Tbsp goji berries
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp dried cranberries
4 Tbsp chia seeds


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Add milk, chia seeds into a saucepan.

Leave to soak for 30 minutes.

Heat over a medium heat.

STEP 2/3

Add baobab powder into the saucepan.

Stir through.

Simmer until thickened

Pour the porridge into the blender goblet

Blend on the highest speed for 1 minute.

STEP 3/3

Divide the porridge between the serving bowls.

Sprinkle with cranberries, goji berries, pumpkin seeds.

Serve.
