Stand Mixers Spiral dough tool
Ingredients 1 Water 700 grams at room temperatureSalt 1 tsp. Dried yeast 1 tsp. Sunflower seeds 2 Tbsp. Strong flour 200 grams Wholemeal flour 800 grams Ingredients 2 Sunflower seeds 1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds 1 Tbsp. Ingredients 3 Water as needed
Getting started 1- Fit the Spiral dough tool to the machine. 2- Flour a baking tray. Stage 1 1- Add Ingredients 1 (water, salt, yeast, sunflower seeds, strong flour, wholemeal flour) into the Mixer bowl.2- Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard. 3- Mix on speed 1 for 3 minutes.4- Scrape down the bowl.5- Mix on speed 2 for 6 minutes. 6- Cover with plastic wrap. 7- Leave to prove for 1 hour. Stage 2 1- Pre heat the oven to 220ºC.2- Add Ingredients 2 (sunflower seeds, poppy seeds) into the small bowl.3- Mix until combined. Stage 3 1- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface.2- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.3- Roll each piece into a ball.4- Brush the dough balls with Ingredients 3 (water).5- Dip the dough balls into the small bowl.6- Place the dough balls onto the large baking tray.7- Bake for 15 minutes at 220ºC.8- Leave to cool on a wire rack.9- Serve.
