White chocolate dessert with a melt in the middle centre. Dust with icing sugar and grated white chocolate to serve.

    Method

    1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
    2. Add butter to a clean Dariole moulds
    3. Coat until covered
    4. Add sugar to the Dariole moulds
    5. Coat until covered
    6. Add icing sugar to the Dariole moulds
    7. Coat until covered
    8. Place moulds on baking tray
    9. Chill in fridge and continue
    10. Attach the Creaming Beater
    11. Add white chocolate and semi-salted butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
    12. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
    13. Mix with splashguard fitted until melted - 5 min, 60°C, Stir 1
    14. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to small bowl then set aside
    15. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
    16. Attach the Whisk
    17. Add egg and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
    18. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed Max
    19. Transfer content of small bowl to Cooking Chef XL Bowl while machine is running
    20. Attach the Stir Tool and Whisk
    21. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
    22. Then sift plain flour into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
    23. Fold carefully until combined
    24. Retrieve the molds from the fridge
    25. Pour half of mixture into 4 Dariole moulds
    26. Add white chocolate to the Dariole moulds
    27. Top with remaining mixture leaving a 2cm gap at the top
    28. Bake until set - 8 min, 200°C
    29. Turn out content of Dariole moulds onto serving plate carefully
    30. Serve immediately
