Whiskey Chocolate Truffles

These truffles will make a special home made gift for your Father or make for an after dinner treat.
Ingredients
- 150g Dark Chocolate
- 200g Double Cream
- 30g Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Whiskey
- Cocoa Powder as needed
Tools
- Wooden spoon
- kCook Multi
- Small bowl
- Medium bowl
- Kcook bowl
Method
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add double cream, dark chocolate, sugar and whiskey to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min 30 sec, 60°C, speed 5
- Transfer chocolate mixture to medium bowl
- Cover and let cool
- Chill in fridge
- Add cocoa powder to a clean small bowl
- Shape chocolate mixture into balls
- Coat balls with powder
- Chill in fridge until set
- Serve
