Method

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add butter, icing sugar and lemon to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 8
  8. Then add plain flour, cornflour and water to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 8
  10. Transfer dough to piping bag
  11. Pipe content of piping bag onto baking sheet
  12. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  13. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  14. Let cool
  15. Serve
