Method
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add butter, icing sugar and lemon to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 8
- Then add plain flour, cornflour and water to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 8
- Transfer dough to piping bag
- Pipe content of piping bag onto baking sheet
- Chill in fridge - 30 min
- Bake - 15 min, 180°C
- Let cool
- Serve
