The perfect sharing snack, these vegan nachos are great to serve at any games night with friends. Fresh, chunky salsa and spicy guacamole top a heap of spiced black beans and salty, crisp tortilla chips. Top with plenty of jalapenos for extra heat, or leave them off if you’re not a fan, but always ensure you cover everything in a big grating of vegan cheese for the ultimate crowd-pleaser.

  1. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  2. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  3. Add red onion and garlic clove to the Food processor attachment
  4. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  5. Pulse until fine
  6. Add cherry tomatoes, lime, sea salt and coriander to the Food processor attachment
  7. Pulse until fine
  8. Remove the attachment from the machine
  9. Transfer mixture to small bowl then set aside
  10. Clean the Food Processor boowl and Knife blade
  11. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  12. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  13. Add red onion and green chili to the Food processor attachment
  14. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  15. Pulse until fine
  16. Add avocado, sea salt, lime and coriander to the Food processor attachment
  17. Pulse until well combined
  18. Transfer mixture to small bowl then set aside
  19. Remove the attachment from the machine
  20. Attach the Stir Tool
  21. Add olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  22. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  23. Heat with splashguard fitted until hot - 1 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
  24. Then add onion and garlic clove to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  25. Cook with splashguard fitted until translucent - 4 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  26. Then add ground cumin, ground coriander, chili powder, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  27. Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant - 1 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  28. Then add tomato paste to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  29. Cook with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  30. Then add canned black beans, chipotle paste, sea salt and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  31. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 5 min, 110°C, Stir 2
  32. Add tortilla chips to a clean bowl
  33. Spoon content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into bowl
  34. Top with vegan cheese and pickled jalapeno
  35. Spoon over salsa and guacamole
  36. Top with vegan sour cream
  37. Sprinkle with coriander
  38. Serve
