These delicious Christmas muffins are a treat for the whole family.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add plain flour, ground almonds, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, ground cinnamon, golden caster sugar, marzipan, unsalted pistachios, flaked almonds, raisins and dried cranberries to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Stir with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
  7. Then add egg, unsalted butter, plain yogurt and almond extract to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  9. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  10. Spoon content of kCook bowl into muffin pan evenly
  11. Bake - 5 min, 220°C
  12. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  13. Let cool
  14. Dust with icing sugar
  15. Serve
