  1. Attach the Creaming Beater
  2. Add butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 1 min, 80°C, Speed OFF
  5. Then add biscuits to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 1
  7. Press mixture into mini dessert cup
  8. Chill in fridge until needed
  9. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  10. Attach the Whisk
  11. Add cream cheese, whipping cream, caster sugar and vanilla extract to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined then scrape bowl - 2 min, Speed Max
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted until smooth - 1 min, Speed Max
  14. Retrieve the dessert cups from the fridge
  15. Spoon cheese mixture into mini dessert cup
  16. Decorate with raspberries
  17. Serve
