Method

  1. To make the marinade, blend all marinade ingredients in a food processor until mostly smooth.
  2. Place pork chops in a large shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over the meat. Spread all over the chops then turn over and spread remaining marinade over. Cover and leave to marinade in the fridge for at least 2 hours, better yet, 24-48 hours.
  3. When ready to cook, leave pork chops at room temperature for about 30 minutes to lose their chill. Grill in the oven set to medium heat for about 30 minutes, or if cooking on a barbeque, cook for about 6 minutes on each side.
