Flourless Chocolate Pot is made with 70% dark chocolate, eggs, butter and caster sugar with the help of Kenwood Chef, which makes it easier and efficient. Method

  1. Roughly chop the chocolate and butter and place the pieces into a bowl over  simmering water to melt. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water.
  2. Once the  mixture has melted, stir to fully combine and keep warm.
  3. Put the eggs and yolks into  the XL Chef bowl and whisk on speed 3 adding the sugar a few spoonfuls at a time.  Continue whisking until the mixture has turned pale yellow and thick.
  4. Add the melted  chocolate mix into the XL Chef bowl and with the K paddle, mix on speed 1 for 1  minute to slowly combine together.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a container, cover and rest  in the fridge for 1 hour. 
  6. To bake, preheat the oven to 190℃ and spoon the mixture into  medium-sized oven proof ramekins and place onto a baking tray. Bake for 10 – 12  minutes, until centres are warm. 
  7. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
