These indulgent brownies are a great handmade gift for Mother's Day.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Grease a clean square pan then set aside
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add dark chocolate, unsalted butter and salted butter to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 50°C, speed 3
  8. Then add caster sugar, all purpose flour and egg to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
  11. Spread until level
  12. Bake until skewer tests clean - 25 min, 160°C
  13. Set aside and let cool
  14. Clean kCook bowl
  15. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  16. Add unsalted butter, sweetened condensed milk and golden syrup to the kCook bowl
  17. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  18. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  19. Heat with filler cap removed - 110°C, speed 2
  20. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 75°C, speed 6
  21. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
  22. Spread until level
  23. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 160°C
  24. Set aside and let cool - approx 10 min
  25. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  26. Clean kCook bowl
  27. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  28. Add dark chocolate and vegetable oil to the kCook bowl
  29. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  30. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  31. Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 50°C, speed 3
  32. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
  33. Spread until level
  34. Chill in fridge until set - approx 30 min
  35. Cut into squares
  36. Serve
