These indulgent brownies are a great handmade gift for Mother's Day.
Ingredients
200g Dark Chocolate
125g Unsalted Butter
100g Unsalted Butter
50g Salted Butter
120g Caster Sugar
80g All Purpose Flour
4 Eggs
800g Sweetened Condensed Milk
115g Golden Syrup
200g Dark Chocolate
2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
Tools

Pastry brush

Square pan - 10"
Method
Pre-heat oven - 160°C
Grease a clean square pan then set aside
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add dark chocolate, unsalted butter and salted butter to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 50°C, speed 3
Then add caster sugar, all purpose flour and egg to the kCook bowl
Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
Spread until level
Bake until skewer tests clean - 25 min, 160°C
Set aside and let cool
Clean kCook bowl
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add unsalted butter, sweetened condensed milk and golden syrup to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap removed - 110°C, speed 2
Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 75°C, speed 6
Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
Spread until level
Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 160°C
Set aside and let cool - approx 10 min
Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
Clean kCook bowl
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add dark chocolate and vegetable oil to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap removed - 5 min, 50°C, speed 3
Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
Spread until level
Chill in fridge until set - approx 30 min
Cut into squares
