Aoife Noonan is a multi-award winning pastry chef and TV chef from Dublin. She graduated with a Culinary Arts degree before moving on to work in some of the best restaurants in the country. She was Head Pastry Chef in 2 Michelin Star Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud for nearly 4 years, before taking on Executive Pastry Chef positions in various restaurants in Dublin.
Aoife has won numerous awards for her work, most notably Food & Wine Magazine’s Pastry Chef of the Year and the Valrhona Patisserie Championship, which led her to train in the world renowned Valrhona L’Ecole du Chocolat in Paris.
She has featured in various television series on RTE, with a regular slot on the Today Show with Maura & Daithi. She has become accustomed to giving demonstrations and patisserie masterclasses at various food festivals and cookery schools in Ireland including Taste of Dublin, Waterford Food Festival, Beatyard and Dublin Cookery School. Aoife has also worked as a culinary consultant and brand ambassador for major global brands.
She has featured in the Irish Times, Image Magazine, Sunday Times, Irish Independent, Dublin Tourist Magazine, John & Sally McKennas’ Guides, the Business Post, taste.ie and Food & Wine Magazine.
Aoife is currently undertaking a Master’s Degree in Nutrition, a subject which has always been a passion of hers. When creating dishes, she has a love of using classic patisserie techniques and flavours with a contemporary twist.
