Ingredients 1 Stout 250 ml Unsalted butter 250 grams Cocoa powder 75 grams Caster sugar 400 grams Ingredients 2 Sour cream 150 grams Eggs 2 Vanilla extract 1 tbsp. Ingredients 3 Plain flour 275 grams Bicarbonate of soda 2 1/2 tsp. Ingredients 4 Cream cheese 300 grams Icing sugar 150 grams Whipping cream 125 ml
Prep. (Before you begin) Melt the butter. Getting started 1 - Fit the K beater to the machine. 2 - Pre heat the oven to 180ºC. 3 - Line the cupcake tin with cupcake cases. Stage 1 1 - Add Ingredients 1 (stout, butter, cocoa powder, caster sugar) into the Mixer bowl. 2 - Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard. 3 - Mix on speed 1 for 2 minutes. Stage 2 1 - Add Ingredients 2 (sour cream, eggs, vanilla) to the bowl. 2 - Mix on speed 2 for 1 minute. Stage 3 1 - Add Ingredients 3 (flour, bicarbonate of soda) into the bowl. 2 - Mix on speed 2 for 1 minute. 3 - Evenly spoon the batter into the cupcake cases. 4 - Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC. 5 - Leave to cool on a wire rack. Stage 4 1 - Retrieve, clean the Mixer bowl and fit the Whisk tool. 2 - Add Ingredients 3 (cream cheese, icing sugar, cream) into the Mixer bowl. 3 - Attach the Mixer bowl to the machine and fit the splash guard. 4 - Mix on speed 5 for 1 minute. 5 - Spoon the icing onto the cakes. 6 - Serve.
