250 roasted red peppers, drained
75 red onion, quartered
2 garlic cloves, peeled, whole
2 olive oil
1 caster sugar
1 salt
0.5 ground black pepper

Fit the Knife Blade.
Add roasted red peppers, red onion, garlic, olive oil, caster sugar, salt and pepper into the Appliance bowl.
Mix for 30 seconds, until thoroughly combined.
Transfer the dip into a serving bowl.
