Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes:

2 Tbsp. mixed nuts
2 Tbsp. cacao nibs
2 Tbsp. goji berries


30 grams cashew nuts
45 grams oats
40 grams cacao powder
6  dates
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 Tbsp. linseeds
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Soak the dates in hot water and drain.

STEP 2/3

Add Ingredients 1 (nuts, nibs, goji) into the goblet.

Pulse to fine crumbs.

Transfer to a medium bowl.

STEP 3/3

Add Ingredients 2 (cashews, oats, cacao, dates, seeds, flour, coconut flour, shredded coconut, agave, vanilla) into the goblet.

Select the ‘fine chop’ programme and blend until a dough consistency is formed.

Transfer the contents into a large bowl.

Roll the mixture into balls about 3 cm in diameter.

Roll each ball in the nut crumbs.

Chill for at least 6 hours.

Serve.
