My kCook Multi Smart is powered on but not operating.

Check the following:

  • Fit the cooking bowl by aligning the locating tab to the back of the power unit, then press down lightly to secure.

  • Ensure the lid is assembled and fitted correctly:
    • The clear inner section of the lid should be fitted into the grey outer section (it will feel loose but should not fall out).
    • The lid handles should align with the bowl handles.
