My Smart Scale is not as responsive as it used to be and/or the weighing is not accurate.

Please try the following:

  • Check there is no food or debris stuck in the gap between the bottom of the scale and the outer edge of the scale. If there is any, remove it and gently wipe clean.
  • Place ingredients in the centre of the scale.
  • Place the scale on a flat, clean surface.
