Detalles de envío
Nos haremos cargo de tu pedido y envío desde el momento de la compra. Recibirás un correo con la confirmación del envío, incluyendo un enlace para acceder a la información del seguimiento, para que puedas revisar el estado del envío directamente en la web del transportista.
La modalidad de envíos estándar es gratis para pedidos superiores a €25, los pedidos con un importe inferior tendrán un coste de envío de €6
El tiempo de entrega depende del producto, la dirección de entrega y el método de envío. En las temporadas de rebajas y promociones, el tiempo de entrega puede ser superior al normal.
Recuerda facilitar una dirección de entrega particular y número de teléfono válido cuando realices el pedido. Ten en cuenta que no es posible enviar tus pedidos al extranjero.
Por razones de seguridad los productos de las categorias de aires acondicionados portátiles, deshumidificadores y descalcificadores, serán enviados exclusivamente con envíos estándar.
No se garantiza la entrega en las plantas superiores.
Las compras realizadas como empresa pueden retrasarse unos días debido al proceso de validación de los datos fiscales.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is something we take very seriously.
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items purchased on our Official website within 30 days from their shipment for a full refund of their purchase price.
How to proceed:
Please observe the following steps:
1.a Access to your private account area (for registered members)
1.b Access to the order page sent by email (for guest members)
2. Click the RETURN button on the top right of the page
3. Select the product you want to return
4. Download the pre-paid return label and document
5. Put the return document inside the parcel and close the box (the products have to be returned in their original packaging)
6. Stick the UPS return label on the box
7. Either take the parcel to the nearest UPS station and drop it off or book a home pick up for free
(For home pick up please contact UPS by the official company phone line or website)
The tracking back will be shown and updated on your order confirmation page.
Please mind that pre-paid return labels can be used within 30 days from your return request date.
If you choose a different delivery service for your return, we kindly ask you to note that return shipping cost will be defined by the courier at customers’ expense and we will not be able to track your parcel and to keep you updated on the return status.
We will not assume any responsibility for damages or loss that occurs to those goods after they're delivered to you.
What to add inside the return parcel
In case of a return, please add all the following items inside the original box and parcel:
- The unused product in their original condition and packaging
- Accessories included inside the original box
- Anything else received with the products (this includes free gifts and discount vouchers)
- Warranty Paper
- User manual
Refunds
All refunds will occur via the original payment method used within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
