Fit the Knife Blade
Add strawberries and icing sugar into the Appliance bowl.
Blend for 15 seconds on speed Max, until smooth.
Remove the Knife Blade, fit the Whisk Tool.
Add egg white into the Appliance bowl.
Whisk for 2 minutes on speed Max.
Transfer the mousse into serving bowls.
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Serve.
We recommend chilling the mousse for at least two hours before serving, but you could also make it the day before.
