Ingredients

Makes:

100 g Pancetta, cubed 1 cm
2  teentjes knoflook, chopped
50 g arborio rijst
2.5 Tbsp tomatenpuree
70 g savooiekool, sliced
1 tsp gedroogde rozemarijn
45 g stengels bleekselderij, sliced
60 g prei, sliced
75 g uien, sliced
75 g wortelen, peeled, sliced
1000 g groentebouillon, hot
  zout, as needed
  peper, as needed


Instructions

STEP 1/1

Fit the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip.
Add pancetta, garlic, rice, tomato purée, cabbage, rosemary, celery, leek, onion, carrot, stock, salt and pepper into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard.
Heat until boiling for 2 minutes at 140ºC, on speed Stir 3.
Cook for 20 minutes at 103ºC, on speed Stir 4, until softened.

 

To serve

Serve with crusty bread.


Substitutions: Pancetta can be replaced with bacon or smoked lardons. Onion can be replaced with shallots.
