Add pancetta, garlic, rice, tomato purée, cabbage, rosemary, celery, leek, onion, carrot, stock, salt and pepper into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard.
Heat until boiling for 2 minutes at 140ºC, on speed Stir 3.
Cook for 20 minutes at 103ºC, on speed Stir 4, until softened.
To serve
Serve with crusty bread.
Substitutions: Pancetta can be replaced with bacon or smoked lardons. Onion can be replaced with shallots.
