There is a lot of movement from my appliance when it is running and/or “EXCESSIVE VIBRATIONS” is shown on the display screen.

An uneven load of ingredients in the bowl can cause excessive movement or vibrations, to resolve this:

• Reduce the quantity of ingredients in the bowl and restart.
